It was raining pretty hard so we gathered in the parking garage for a quick warm up including going up the stairs to the 2nd floor and back down.
We then each drew 2 olympic events from a card deck I created.
We completed the ones we wanted to improve our scores on.
4K got a GREAT score on jumping jacks, we tried partner get ups and some other Olympic stuff (Cusacks, motivators, etc)! We were having so much fun the time was over before we knew it!
Cooled down and stretched and got on with our week!
