Today was a mild morning and it felt great to get out a move. While I didn’t intend it, this workout got our minds going as much as our bodies as we had to keep count and do our math with both the 11’s and Dora’s. This is how it went.
15 windmills in cadence
15 cherry pickers in cadence
15 high knees
11’s back and forth across the turf – count up and down for a sum of 11
Squat to press
Indian run around the loop together
Circuit 2: (assign partners)
One partner runs a loop while the other partner adds to the count. Alternate.
50 – Push ups
100 – LBC’s
150 – Squats
Truly, we had time to do 100, 200, 300. Might need to shoot for that next time 😀
