The Bee Hive Is On The Move!
After some careful consideration, we have decided to move the location of the Bee Hive. We chose the original spot to pull in people from John’s Creek and for our PAX to be able to kid swap with their husbands who worked out at Webb Bridge before us. Well, the John’s Creek PAX never materialized, and, in our over a year’s worth of workouts, kid swap has only been used a handful of times. Our current PAX are driving farther than necessary to get to this park, and, on a super exciting note, we have had two areas of interest pop up recently – Roswell and North Alpharetta/Cumming! We are looking to move the Bee Hive to either of these locations in the coming months (our main interest is in Roswell Area Park and Fowler Park). We will ask for your input on locations and other parks to consider, probably send a survey with all the options, and even do some other research to see which location fits best…hopefully it will be both! We would love to plant both workouts and start two new Saturdays, so talk it up amongst your Roswell/Cumming/Alpharetta friends. Since it is Christmas and all, let them know FiA is coming to town!
As we figure out this next move, we will no longer have Saturday morning workouts at Webb Bridge Park. Also, always remember, we will come wherever the PAX are, so, if you have an idea for a great location or want to take charge of a workout as a Site Q, just let us know as we always need new ideas and help! Enjoy the time with your family over the holidays, and be on the lookout for where you can add in your input and help us chart the course for a successful 2019 for FiA Alpha!
