Today we focused on our cores so we did a Yoga Pilates workout.

Yoga pilates

  • Warm Up Stretch
  • Glute bridges – 20
  • Glute hold – 60 sec
  • Bicycles – 20
  • Curl on back – hold knees
  • Full body stretch
  • Hip opener – my favorite pose
  • Scissors – 20
  • Russian twist 20
  • Chair pose on the ground – 25 sec
  • Obliques exercise – 20
  • Crunches – 20
  • Plank – 60 sec
  • Downward dog- bring opposite knees to the head
  • Downward dog – walk the dog
  • Supermán – 15
  • Push-ups – 15
  • Side kicks – 20 on each side
  • Thread the needle – 5 on each side
  • Cat cows – 10
  • Child pose – 20 sec
  • Cobra – 5
  • Flutter kicks- 20
  • Leg circles- 20 flat on the back
