Songbird was our scheduled Q but wasn’t feeling well, so I grabbed my bag of workout cards and set an interval timer for 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. We did a bunch of exercises – whatever the card said – even Supermans (which I hate) and chatted while we worked. It was a record setting attendance day at Rosewater thanks to Rerun, Boulder, Green Thumb, Kinetic, and Nightingale! We hope they’ll be back next week!
