To keep the Winter Games going, we did a few events and some Fresh Lexicon exercises.
We started with the Frozen Foot Race, then did our 2 minute Sit Ups event.
Next we took turns picking a number between 1 and 130 and doing the Fresh Lexicon exercise that went with that number. If the number was a routine, the PAX chose up or down and we went to the closest exercise up or down from that number.
We then did a session of intentional walking steps and our cooldown.
