After a quick warm up (because it was pointless, there was no “getting warm” happening in the 20ish degree weather), we figured out what Santa brought us…Spunky Jump Rope for Angela (Tex), Fast Battle Rope for Rebecca (Signs), and Funny Yoga Socks for Sue (Flip Flops). Then we did all the exercises for all those letter. After that, we held a plank or V-sit while we figured out which letters we hadn’t done and we did those exercises too. We ended with a cool down (not really necessary!), our Name-o-Rama, and a COT inspired by quotes from St. Nickolas…”The giver of every good and perfect gift has called upon us to mimic God’s giving, by grace, through faith, and this is not of ourselves.”
