BackBlast:

Today we tried something new – Wall Pilates! Since it was raining, it was a great day to test it out. I’ve always wondered about this and if it was any good. There were definitely some new muscles used and some moves that were tough to do like the pictures!

We threw in some cardio as well. Started out with a run up the stairs to tap the deck 3 sign. Then did some warm up exercises from the pictures (attached since it was too hard to explain without those!) before completing 3 sets separated with cardio, and finally the cooldowns.

The Thang:

  • Full Body set – 9 exercises
  • Cusack with weights around deck, then back to mats with curls and “wings”
  • Glutes set – 10 exercises
  • Smurf Jacks & walk around deck
  • Mobility set – 9 exercises
