BackBlast:

So first a back-story – after hosting a middle school basketball team party/Super Bowl party til late last night, I had passed out on the couch for a couple hours, only to wake up and realize I still had to modify the Q for today AND take care of some work emails/lesson planning all before this morning!😱😱 So I stayed up WAY too late, resulting in me having a nightmare about not being able to see the time and wake up in time for my Q this morning! Long story short, I then ACTUALLY ended up sleeping in past my alarm, and thus ended up coming to the MUD Room 15 min late!!!😱😝🙈 Thankfully, the PAX present this morning were 4 VERY seasoned FiA, so they had no problem covering for me until I got there, so grateful! (Not to mention, their kind patience and mercy with my tardiness!) So below I will post the original Q plans, but we ended up doing a modified version of it, to accommodate the remaining time of the beatdown once I arrived😜

Then did the Cupid Shuffle song routine – shoulder tap planks until the song directs you to the right, at which you walk your plank to the right, then left, then alternate-kick 4 times, and then one push-up down, and go back to shoulder tap planks.

The Bible speaks of true love in John 15:13 –

[13] Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. How can we sacrifice and give of ourselves, to our husbands, children, parents, siblings, friends, neighbors, even strangers today??

Then furthermore in Luke chapter 6, Jesus even taught to “love your enemies!” How can we demonstrate love and mercy today even to those who hurt us, offend us, take us for granted, or the like? That’s the tougher one, but God makes it possible! May we seek Him for ways to do so, today and every day. Just another personal challenge for us this week 🙂 Love to all on this holiday that we are reminded to LOVE!💗
