Warm Up: Lap, Squats, Lap, Stretches!
Beat Down: 2 cups with slips of paper containing an exercise, a strength exercise and a static exercise. We divided into two groups and each team pulled from the cup. We do the exercise we pulled, then switch! We did a lap about halfway through.
25 Hammer Bicep Curls
10 Windmills, each side
25 Arm Circles, each direction
25 Tricep Kickbacks
15 Lateral Arm Raises
40 Goblet Squats
25 Reverse Lunge- each side
25 Hillbillies- each side
25 Pendulum Leg Lifts- each side
Glute Bridge Hold
Lying Isometric Y hold
Active Child’s Pose

And named our FNG- Thriller! She loves movies, especially thrillers- the psychological type, not the horror type 😉 Welcome Thriller!!
