Here’s what went down on this chilly midweek workout – these ladies killed it!
The Thang:
2 min tabatas alternating move 1 and move 2 for the duration of the 2 minutes

After each round Flip Flops threw down and got her burpees in. I must say, after 3 years of doing FiA I don’t mind burpees nearly as much as I used to. I actually kinda like them! I don’t know if the rest of the crew would agree though. Titanium did her push ups big girl style….there’s approximately 0 things this chick doesn’t do full force and fast. #FiAgoals….I wanna be like her one day. Buzz shared that she might have a golf event coming up and although she’s been practicing her swing, she hasn’t been sore afterwards! She’s noticed those FiA arm gains! Whoohooo! Our hard work is paying off!

Signs was slow and controlled with her donkey kicks….great form! I was hatin life and feeling the burn with those bulgarian squats while I look over at Tex getting low and just knocking them out like it’s nothing! I have some work to do – she makes things look so easy!

For not knowing what gas pumpers were, Zumbo sure was pumping those away! My abs were on fire after this round, but oh so good! I just keep imagining that fat just burning off with each burn.
COT: We did everything in 2 minute intervals this morning, but I shared “The 5 minute rule”:
“If you don’t want to do something, make a deal with yourself to do at least 5 minutes of it. After 5 minutes, you’ll do the whole thing.”
