I was so excited that Sonic Boom chose this Saturday at The Coop to return to her “Routine” of FiA workouts! We had a great time catching up and working out! Here’s what we did.
After a quick warm up using The Routine in a low impact way, we launched into exercises targeting our legs, abs, arms, and cardio (45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest). In between each body part set we did The Routine.
The Routine:
5 Tricep extensions
10 push ups
15 sit ups
10 lunges (each leg)
10 squats
20 jumping jacks
LEGS:
squats
sumo squats
march in place
ABS:
Imperial Walkers
plank
march in place
ARMS:
push ups
tricep extensions
march in place
CARDIO:
jumping jacks (2 sets)
job in place
march in place
To round out the 45 minute workout, we repeated some sections and did the routine one last time and then stretched.
