Since we are back in the routine of school starting (or about to be), I pulled out The Routine Workout.

The Routine:

5 Tricep extensions

10 Lunches (each leg)

10 push ups

10 squats

15 sit ups

20 jumping jacks

We did the routine at the beginning (after our warm up), in between sets of exercises for different parts of the body and again at the end.  We did it a total of 6 times, I think.

In between The Routine, we did these exercises for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off

Legs – regular squats, sumo squats, high knees

Abs – Imperial Walkers, plank

Arms – bicep curls, overhead press

Cardio – looooooong lap around the entire parking lot

Combo set – more squats,  more imperial walkers, more bicep curls, more jumping jacks
