Copied a creative F3 workout verbatim from Popper! (That’s called resourceful…)

Idea is that you pick your menu – 1 meat, 2 sides, 1 dessert/drink, and then “wash it down” with a 3-part series. Rinse and repeat picking a different menu but always washing it down. I decided I do not want a Hot Apple Turnover again!!

The Thang:

MEAT Choose 1 Carolina Dry (-aged Ribeye) Docks
25 Reps Each (Gobbler) Goblet Squats
American (Honey Baked) Ham-mer
SIDES Choose 2 Squat Potato
25 Reps Each Overhead (Cornbread D) Press(ing)
(Cran)-Bear Crawl (-y Sauce)
Mak (& Cheese) tar N’Diaye’s [Up & Down Planks]
Hand-Release Mer(Corn Souffle)
(Giblet Gravy) Boat Canoes
DESSERT Choose 1 Gas Pump(kin)er (Pie)
/ DRINKS 25 Reps Each Hot Apple Turnover [Bear Crawl > Crab Walk & repeat]
(Cranberry) Mule Kicks
WASH IT DOWN WITH (Do ALL of the Below…)
20 Curls Can’t stop hand-to-mouth motion of stuffing our faces!
5 Burpees A burp helps the food go down better
Turkey Trot Mosey to the stairs and back

It was a good workout but (as usual with F3), it was arm heavy!
