BackBlast:

Here’s how you Q with teamwork – stole Q from F3 Speedo, 9 pax contributed to ending abs, and 4 pax contributed to stretch.  I was left with warm up and writing Q on a board!  Sweet!  And sweat – worked up one doing this beatdown… We’ll be doing this one again!

Teamwork for the beatdown – the goal was to complete all of the exercises on the board with every pax erasing a line whenever they completed 20 reps of an exercise.  Goal was to clean off the board in time for abs and stretch.  We made it!

The Thang:

  • 16 different exercises – 4 each for upper body, core, lower body, and cardio (see pic below)
  • Next to each exercise are 15 vertical lines representing 20 reps of that exercise (didn’t get a pic of this)
  • Perform an exercise then wipe a line off the board
  • Goal is to clear the board
  • Pick exercises from different groups
  • Do not repeat any exercise until completed at least one set of each

COT:  I appreciate the teamwork of our FiA tribe – there is no way I would have done this workout on my own!  You all push me to exceed my own expectations and get healthier as I do it.  And the friendship invested is priceless.  #BestTeamEver
