We met on the green in the cool fall weather for a strength training workout. This one had 4 parts – 2 were an up/down series on your own (we ended up together since only Tex can count!!) and the other 2 were Tabatas done together. We started with legs, then arms, abs, and a few of the core since we ran out of time.
Started off with a warm up in cadence and then moved on to legs. Ran twice around the green for some cardio and on to our arms Tabata (45 seconds on, 10 off). Because this took longer than the Q anticipated (always better to run out of time rather than running out exercises!), we did up 10-50 for abs and skipped over to the first 3 of the core exercises – Squat-Curl-Press, Deadlift, and Gas Pumpers (45 seconds is long for these).
