My printer didn’t want to work, so I pulled out an old workout. Played Disney classic music in the background while doing my normal – exercise followed by a stretch. We ended a little early to name our FNG. Kiwi invited Maestra, and Maestra invited Mary Poppins. I forgot to do a COT, but I like the one from last time – A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down! ~ Don’t forget the things in your morning routine that help to start your day in a better way! – The irony of that does not escape me.
