Then we divided into teams (team red and team blue – no political ties) and drew playing cards.
Hearts: Jumping Jacks
Clubs: Sit ups
Spades: Pushups
Diamonds: Lunges
Ace through 10 – whichever suit you drew, your team has to do the excercise according to suit in the number listed on the cards
