We had a nice crowd for this pre-CofFiA workout. I had a baggie of “To Do” exercises. We went around the circle with each person pulling out a slip of paper, reading the description of the exercise and putting it in the “Done” baggie.
Each exercise was a description of a functional movement that you might do in every day – like sweep the floor (done with a weight, not a broom), put a cake in the over and shut the door, pick and apple, pick up 4 toys off the floor, etc.
We did each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds in between to pull the next slip of paper and read the exercise. After each time around the circle we did a run/walk lap before starting the next round.
