This is my workout inspired by my toddler grandson dancing repeatedly to Shake It Off. Noisy morning, so I skipped teaching the Mickey Mouse Funhouse Stretch Break song. Noisy cleaning, the Monday morning delivery truck, and then a group of crows made it hard to hear the music. Little and Broken (from Lilo & Stitch, Played softly) during COT – Little and Broken but Shake It Off. Be a toddler, keep doing it!
