Seven’s Workout
For 7 minutes we walked the path to warm up.
For the next 7 minutes we did the following:
20 squats
20 push ups
20 Right leg lunge
20 left leg lunge
and Repeat
For the next 7 minutes we ran/walked the path again attempting to go faster.
For the next 7 minutes we did the following:
20 jump squats
20 tricep push ups
20 Right leg jump lunges (or with weight)
20 left leg jump lunges
and Repeat
For the next 7 minutes we ran/walked the path again attempting to go faster still.
For the next 7 minutes we did the following:
20 dead lifts
20 overhead press
20 left curtsy lunge
20 right curtsy lunge
and Repeat
For the next 7 minutes we walked the path again to cool down and stretched.
We did all this while listening to…what else? Music from the 70’s!
