The workout is based on the photo below. While we warmed up, each PAX determined what fitness gift Santa was going to bring them based on their FiA Name and Real Name (instead of first and last name).
These are the gifts we got:

BOUNCY LEGGINGS
PLASTIC HEART RATE MONITOR
and the best ever…RUSTY SPORTS BRA!
Next we did the corresponding exercises for (most) of the letters. We did skip some of the repeats so we could get through more of the letters. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to see that Rusty Sports Bra that Challenger is getting for Christmas! LOL!
