BackBlast:

Headed out to the turf baseball field with our lights, cones, mats, and weights. Each base had 3 exercises assigned to it – do all of the first ones around the bases, then move to the second around all the bases, then continue with the third. This was an AMRAP event, so while everyone else did exercises on their base, one pax ran the bases. When she returned to her starting base, everyone moved to their next base, and the next runner lapped the bases. Threw in a double lap at the end for fun!

After all of these sets/base running, we moved to the bleachers for incline push ups and tricep dips, to the fence for a wall sit (Sonic Boom wanted to keep going on those, but I finally called time! ;)) Then we lunged up and down the hill – thanks to Queso and her Saturday Q at The Coop, my legs were screaming! Karaoke/grapevine down the dugout sidewalk and back, and wrapped up with some more abs. There was a run around the outfield at some point too and Triple Threat is looking great for her upcoming half marathon – you go girl!
