We settled ourselves inside 6 “slices of pie” at The Stone Circle at The Coop. And then we had to make more room!!! There were 7 PAX today! Woohoo!

We warmed up by running or walking a lap.

Set 1 – 45 seconds on with 15 seconds of rest in between

Bent Over Row

Curtsy Lunge Right

Upright Row

Curtsy Lunge Left

Tricep Kickbacks

Single Leg Deadlift Right

Hammer Curls

Single Leg Deadlift Left

Between sets walk/run a lap!

Set 2 – 45 seconds on with 15 seconds of rest in between

Push Ups

Goblet Squat

Overhead Shoulder Press

Static Lunge Right

Bicep Curl

Static Lunge Left

Overhead Tricep Extension

Deadlift

Chest Fly

Bench Reverse Crunch

Walk/Run a lap!

We did about 6 Abs exercises to finish things off (10 reps each).

We had a great time and a great crowd!

Our COT (from the book of Matthew in The Message translation of the Bible) reminded us not to worry about what comes next because God will be there to help us face it (whether it’s an exercise or a serious life event).
