We did about 6 Abs exercises to finish things off (10 reps each).
We had a great time and a great crowd!
Our COT (from the book of Matthew in The Message translation of the Bible) reminded us not to worry about what comes next because God will be there to help us face it (whether it’s an exercise or a serious life event).
