I couldn’t come to the workout for almost a month. I came back on 1st April and this is my third Q in 3weeks. I am loving it, this routine Q keeps me on my toes. It helped me get back to routine way much faster then I expected. I was very happy to see when zookeeper joined me to this morning work out. We started our warmup exercise when Breezy joined us and then it was a wonderful Trio.
Warm Up:
