We warmed up briefly by moving arms and legs and stretching, then ran/walked aROUND the green.
Our first ROUND of exercises were these -45 sec on, 15 sec rest:
Bent Over Row
Curtsy Lunge Right Side
Upright Row
Curtsy Lunge Left Side
Tricep Kickbacks
Deadlifts
Hammer Curls
Calf Raises
Chest Press
LBCs
Then we ran/walked aROUND the staircase and back.
Our Second ROUND of exercises were these -45 sec on, 15 sec rest:
Push Ups
Goblet Squats
Overhead Shoulder Press
Forward Stepping Lunges
Bicep Curls
Backward Stepping Lunges
Overhead Tricep Extension
Deadlifts
Chest Flys
Reverse Curls (palms facing down)
Then we did a run/walk aROUND the green
Next we did a ROUND Robin of Ab Exercises + a few more from the first two ROUNDS of exercises.
Cooldown/Stretch, COT, and Name-o-Rama ROUNDED out our workout!
