Sometimes your kids get the silliest but most helpful prizes from those rigged games at Chuck E Cheese or the carnival. So we rolled some massive dice to figure out how many reps we would do through the work out.
Here was how we rolled the first round. We did the number of sets first then the number of reps were rolled.
2- Sit ups
5- Push press/hammer curls/ your favorite arm excercise with weights.
8- Toe Raises
10- V ups
11- Mountain Climbers
12- Toe raises
