Went with an easy Q this morning! Found (of course) on Pinterest, I’ve used this one before and it’s no fuss kind of workout. We circled up with our mats, weights, and a pair of dice. Went around the circle taking turns rolling the dice for the exercise picking ones that we’d not rolled when we repeated another roll too often. Queso, being such a creative one, came up with some off script and brought the heat! Plus, we got in 15 burpees – more than our challenge of the daily 10. Have you noticed that Sonic Boom is really good at high knees? I can’t seem to keep mine as high as she does! Challenged by both of these women to keep improving – thanks!
We added some extra exercises and abs at the end for a full beatdown. Nice to have pax who roll with the flow and contribute to the Qs! Makes for a great start to a hump day!
