There were so many of us, we couldn’t all fit in the circle so we went to the Big Pavillion.  It was above 60 degrees and saw some faces we haven’t seen in awhile. Also had a lot of double and triple Respecters!

Warm up –

Ring of Fire – Squats/ 50 Burpees

Learn a bit about me:

• Only girl. Two older brothers. 1 of 3 – crockpot squats
• I loved gymnastics no back bends.  — Side bends

I felt incredibly honored by all those who showed up, got up early, missed a hike, baked muffins, cut fruit, bought things to make my birthday wonderfully special.  It was a treat to have my momma there.  She collects sheep.  We named her “Shepherd”.  Afterwards a special Coffia to visit with everyone.

Circle of Trust – My faith is a huge part of my life, and He has provided for me for 50 years.

You shall treat this fiftieth year as sacred. You shall proclaim liberty in the land for all its inhabitants.
