It was a breezy morning, but we did our best to work up some heat! AND we were joined by FNG Becca/Wilderbeast (since she loves wilderness…and drawing people, watercolor, working out…!). Instead of weights, we used resistance bands. Apparently one set was old – Kiwi and I each had a band snap on us.

After a lap to the stairs and back, we did our warm up and then did a Band Tabata (40 seconds on/ 15 seconds rest/reposition). Concentrated on arms, legs, and core/abs. I realized that there are some exercises that I need to continue to work on…!
