Six pax joined in the Reindeer Games fun! It was a brisk morning, so we warmed up quickly with the standard jumping jacks and weed pickers in cadence followed by Imperial Walkers. Then a quick lap around the green. Then the games began – we had True/False reindeer question for a pax to answer, then she picked a reindeer exercise from the bucket. We continued around until we had done all 9.
Then we enjoyed listening to the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer song and had to do an activity for 4 of the words. Funny that push ups were always followed by burpees… Then we lifted off in flight – ran over to the “stairway to heaven” for a flight up (and down).
Started on the 12 Days of Christmas ladder, but only got to day 7. Finished up with some abs and called ourselves winners!
