I pulled several random routines from some older Qs I’d done before. In no particular order, here is what we did after we warmed up:
One BLIMPS =5 burpees,10 lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats
one BOMBS = 5 burpees, 10 overhead press, 15 Merkins, 20 BG situps, 25 squats
Abs Accumulator = 1 reverse crunch to 2 LBCs – we went up to 6 reverse crunches and 12 LBCs
modified Arm-ageddon – 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest (that’s the modification part) of the following: arm circles forward, then backward, touch downs, goal post arms rotating, elbows and fists together then out, overhead press.
See You When I See You (3 rounds) – jumping jacks on one side, hill billies on the other side
Around the World Legs – 30 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest – right FWD lunge, right SIDE lunge, regular squat, Right reverse lunge, left reverse lunge, jump squats, left SIDE lunge, left FWD lunge.
We did a few more exercises such as pendulum squats, skaters, high knees, calf raises, bicep curl, tricep curl, flys.
Then we cooled down and stretched.
