It was pouring rain this morning, but we had the covered driveway to keep us (mostly) dry. After a quick warm up, we launched into 3 sets of exercises (lower body, upper body, abs) and did each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between. We had time to go through all 3 sets twice and then did a 3rd repeat of a couple exercises before our cool down, COT, and Name-o-rama. Here’s what we did:

Lower Body: 


High knees

Side lunge left

Jump rope

Side lunge right

Upper Body: 

Speed bag

Dolphin push ups (on knees)

Squat to knee to opposite elbow, fast

Alternating punches (forward)

Jumping jacks


Mountain climbers

Russian Twists

Bicycle Crunches

Standing punches with core rotation
