For this Halloween-themed workout, the ladies kicked my boo-ty (get it? harhar) by showing up and showing off, as usual!
Here we go!
Frankenstein front kicks, Zombie rear kicks, Witchy cauldron stirrers, Mummy jumps
3 Rounds – 10 Reps each:
U: Under the table incline rows
M: Mountain climbers
P: Plank shoulder taps
K: Kettle bell swings
N: Narrow squats
30 second Smurf-jacks after each round
2 rounds, 45 seconds each
Alternating curtsy lunge with L-fly
Fire hydrant leg lifts – L, then R
Fire hydrant leg lifts – R
Monkey humpers, then Bonnie Blairs
Glute bridge hold with chest press, then with chest flies
Trick or Treat Grab Bag
Strawberry Laffy Taffy = 30 Russian Twists
Banana Laffy Taffy = 30 Reverse Crunches
Sweet Tarts = 30 In & Outs
Bottlecaps = 30 Dollies
PAX who picks candy does corresponding exercise; everyone else does burpees until she is done

CoT: I was reminded that although we do have a true enemy who is real and dangerous, he is also defeated. I read Romans 8:38-39 so that we would remember our hope in Christ and show light into the darkness of the world.
