We started with a warm up then worked our way through the menu. Once we made it through each course we took turns selecting our favorite “dish” to repeat. Ended the workout w/ another 2 minute plank and COT.

Crock Pot Squat X 15
Crab Dips X 20 (tricep dip with leg extension)
Step Ups X 15 each Side
Turkey Burn: 1 Lap (run the long sides and high knees the short sides)
Entrée:
Pendulum Squats X 15
Mt. Climbers – 30 seconds
Walkout Pushup X 15
Turducky Burn: 2 laps (run the long sides and duck walk the short sides)
Dessert:
Froggers X 10
PainCakes X 10 (Big Girl Sit-Up then Roll over and do Push-Up)
