We pushed the workout back to 7am and there were shoppers at the MUD Room before we even got started getting those Black Friday Deals. While they shopped til they dropped, Kinetic and I workedout till we dropped (not really).

I did a rerun of DIY’s Pumpkin Spice workout in which we spelled out PUMPKIN twice and added a “spicy burst” at the end of each time.

WARM up – inch worm to plank, foot to hand, twist, inch worm to stand – both sides

Spice: 10 squat Thrust (burpee with no pushup)

Ab-o-rama – 4 ab exercises

At this point we were about to get kicked off the green so the maintenance crew could clean it, so we packed up our gear and did one lap of the full shopping area of Halcyon carrying our weights and mats for the extra workout!
