Skip a large lap around the parking lot
Alternating 30 second plank exercises with cardio and rest
-forearm plank (30sec)
-run to field steps and back 1
-full arm plank (30sec)
-high knees around drive through lane
-up down planks (30sec)
-lunges around Circle
-side plank (Left) (30sec)
-jumping jacks x 30
-side plank (right) (30 sec)
—jumping jacks x 30
-plank with shoulder taps (30 sec)
-Squats x 30
-30 sec rest
-forearm plank with knee to elbow taps, 30 sec
-glute bridges x 30
-JLo/Hip Dip planks, 30sec
-Burpees x 10
-30 sec rest
Plank party circle – stay up as long as you can, if you’re out do high knees!
Taquito was the winner with a 3.5min high plank!

We finished with a jog to field & back and an encouraging word on Hope from Romans 8:24-25!
