This was a fun and easy workout plan. There were 3 of us in attendance. We each called the exercises for our own phone number. We did each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds in between. Between each phone number we did a walk/run lap or interlude. It was just enough for the time we had. We were creative with modifications on repeat numbers to keep the workout from getting repetitive or boring. Fun!
