Warm up: 1 min mountain climbers, 1min arm circles, 10 burpees, 10 weed pickers
We ran around to different locations around the park. At each location we picked a partner. Each partner picked an arm, leg, and core exercise. They did those exercises for 2min each then swapped and did their partner’s chosen exercises for 2min each.
Ran back and stretched at the parking lot to cool down!
