We had a blast at NMAM with this borrowed Q from FiA Nation.

We had 19 PAX in attendance at the MUD Room with PAX from every AO representing!

4 Corner Stations + 1 Middle Station; 45 Sec Work/15 Sec Transition (Run)

PAX start in the middle. Run to any corner. Choose an exercise. Run back to the middle. Choose an exercise. Run to another corner… Rinse and Repeat. PAX can repeat corners, but must choose a different exercise each time. The goal is to hit as many stations as possible.
