warm up
3 sets of exercises – one down the green and the other on the way back.
imperial walkers- butt kicker
toy soldiers- skip
side shuffle left lead – side shuffle right lead
then 5 motivators
the thang:
4 corners –
did exercises 2 times each for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest then switched corner.
corner 1: burpees & Russian twist
2: glute bridge & jump swuats
3: plank hold & boy bands
4: bicycles & skaters
partner challenge – 5 rounds
10 hand slap planks
run to stairs and curb
10 calf raises
run back to partner on green and repeat
4 minutes in heaven
start sequence in the minute every minutes for 4 minutes
5 pushups
10 mountain climbers
15 seal jacks
ended with sally –
up = cusack
down = alternating back lunges
cool down
