The mighty few are now ready for the New Year! The ball didn’t drop, but we did…for Burpees!

I had brought a second part for the workout, but it took the entire time just doing this section. There’s always next year!

The Thang:

Each pax had a sheet with the exercises to write down the number completed (since I always get messed up around 6…). So, you did 10 of every exercise with or without weights, then restarted the list doing 9 of everything, rinse and repeat until you completed 1 of each. It took the entire 45 minutes. And we are stronger for it!
