I borrowed a Q from Trooper that she led at Rosewater. I adjusted a little and we got a good workout! Since the entire crew was Respect or Double Respect, we did all the exercises for a WHILE! And we did one extra for Kiwi who couldn’t be with us this week due to family obligations. It was a great morning!
