Pulled a checklist workout from 2021 since we’ve been talking about going back to harder beatdowns! With the rain starting again, we set up at the open end of the parking deck to catch a breeze.

This checklist had 50 burpees (in sets of 10), a trip up the steps to the 4th floor, and lots of other fun stuff for many reps. I think we were all sweating by the end of our time together!

The Thang:

There were 2 sections that were required completion of all its exercises. For the other sections, you could pick and choose, but had to do some from every section. And no, we didn’t finish the entire checklist. (I think it’s physically impossible in the time allotted, but you can prove me wrong!)
