Started our week off strong and in the frost! But we were not deterred!
After warming up in cadence, we moved into 3 circuits with tabata timing of 40 minutes with 10 seconds rest as we reset to the next exercise. Each circuit was performed twice. Between the circuits we ran to the parking deck stairs with varied elevations. Everyone started shedding layers pretty quickly…
