Six PAX gathered this morning to start their week off right. We traveled around the park doing each exercise for a minute. We did a circuit for arms, abs, legs, and cardio with a glute finisher. The exercises were:
ARMS: bicep curls, kettlebell swings, swerkins, ring pulls (Triple Threat wasted no time knocking these out), tricep dips,
ABS: Split knee down dog, dancers push ups, hip dips, boat/canoe, Russian twists, dollys (Titanium took no break on her lower abs!)
LEGS: wall sits, Box jumps or step ups (Sporty Spice made the leap and went for box jumps like a champ!), Bulgarian split squats, curtsy lunges, sumo squat pulses
CARDIO: Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Squat jumps (Queso picked up the weights for this one!), skaters, plank
GLUTES: Leg lifts, donkey kicks (Sonic Boom makes these look easy), fire hydrants, clam shells
And we had to end with one more round of burpees to finish us off!
