Million Dollar Woman (MDW):
I prepared 15ish exercise cards (from a deck purchased from Amazon).
We passed the pile and each took turns being MDW.
The MDW called the exercise then started on 20 reps. Everyone else in the circle did 3 burpees and then started on 20 reps. It was a race to see who could finish first. There were only a couple of times when someone other than the MDW finished first! We took a run to the stairs and back after the MDW designation went all the way around the circle. Then kept going til we got through all the exercises. We did a few twice
It was a fun challenge, but we all agreed that was WAY too many burpees!
