Warm up: Roll shoulders big arm circles backward and forward, rotate trunk and torso, side movements left right, circle hips left right, run around mudroom… left/right cadence.

Shoulder presses

Step Ups

Wall exercises with leg extension

Lower Body

Squat with weights

Sumo Squat

Pushup under arm side to side

Pushup touch chest

Reverse Lunge knee raise

Bridges

Crunch left hand right foot

Sit ups twist weight

Planks touch shoulders

Plank leg forward left leg to right arm

Cool Down:  Butterfly stretch, child pose, leg stretch on mat, arm stretches, inhale/exhale arm raises, stand up slowly and clap
