Last FiA Alpha workout of 2019! We’ve have a great year, and here’s looking forward to a safe, happy, and healthy 2020! Titanium and I cranked out a little of everything to round out December.
Warm Up: walk/jog one lap

NYE Party @ Crossroad – 19 reps each move: push-ups, walking lunges with bicep curl, weighted squats, calf raises with one weight, balance deadlifts (19 per leg), mountain climbers, plank shoulder taps, overhead triceps extensions with one weight, chest flies with bridge, high/low planks, bicycles, hydrants, surfer jumps, in & outs, upright rows, Bonnie Blairs, alternating curtsy lunges with weight, Russian Twists, 19s chair pose
Countdown @ Playground – 10 decline push-ups, 9 lunges with twist, 8 squat presses, 7 calf raises with weighted L-fly, 6 balance deadlifts with kick-backs, 5 plank jacks, 4 inverted rows using pull-up bar/rings, 3 overhead tripceps extensions with two weights, 2 chest flies with one-legged bridge (per leg), 1 minute forearm plank
Then we stretch!
I don’t know how many total push-ups, burpees, or workouts overall we did in 2019, but we kept the momentum alive! We helped launch at least two new AOs (The Coop locally and Birmingham).
