BackBlast:

Gathered up for the first day (or 3rd or upcoming…) of school to start off the day right!  With plenty of lunges and sweat.  Started with a warm up, then hit the Lunge-a-Rama with a pair of exercises alternating with different lunges following a song with actions on the title.  The exercises were 30 second sets of each – rinse and repeat until song was over.  We used the length of the green for our lunges.

For the lunges, every time the title was sung, we did the exercise opposite that lunge, then continued on with the lunges.  Got some burn going by the end!  (And ran out of time for abs at the end)
